Warranty

  • All Boer Homes are registered with TARION Home Warranty that the home is free from defects in workmanship and materials for 2 years (registration/application fee paid by builder). View the Tarion Homeowner Information Package.
  • All Boer Homes have a seven year warranty against major structural defects as per the Ontario New Homes Warranties Plan Act
