Project Overview

The house sits in the town of Simcoe and has views of the Lynn river and woods. The plan was designed for a family of 6 with a large open concept kitchen and dining room and great room with views of the river. It has a large tile en-suite shower and custom cabinetry and counters in the bathrooms and Kitchen. the original house contained a circular staircase which was refinished to keep the original entry design.
